Konzulat is a bar-kafana in Savamala, on Karađorđeva street, that runs all day: breakfast in the morning, lunch at midday and live music at night. There are gigs every evening, seven days a week, and the repertoire is local. On top of all that it serves hookah, in lots of flavors. Cards are accepted, the staff speak English, and there's parking.
