Dvojka is Shisha Bar's second venue, in Block 9B (Retenzija), right on the border of New Belgrade and Zemun. It's big, with room for around 150 people, and done up in the same oriental style as the original on Knez Mihailova. There's a garden too, at its best in spring and summer. Evenings bring pop and house. A hookah costs between 600 and 1,850 RSD, which is affordable for Belgrade. Beer starts at 180 RSD and cocktails at 410. In reviews, it's the waiters who get the most praise.
